NMAT Eligibility
To apply for the NMAT a candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. This criterion is applicable for FTMBA only. For further information visit the NMIMS website here.
All candidates who complete the test registration, pay the test fee within the time specified and follow the published test rules, may sit for the NMAT. It is the responsibility of the candidate to understand the eligibility requirements of the management school to which they are applying before deciding to register for the NMAT. If a candidate registers for the test and then determines that they are not eligible for admission to the intended management school or program, no test- fee refund will be entertained.

Modes of Payment
The test fee for candidates testing within India is Rs. 1650. For candidates testing outside India, the test fee is Rs. 5000. Candidates can pay for the registration via demand draft, credit card or can deposit cash at designated Axis bank branches.
If paying by demand draft, the candidate should make the demand
draft in the name of SVKM's NMIMS.

Test Date
The NMAT-2010, which will be a computer based test, will be offered to candidates
testing within India during a 10 day testing window between
30th January 2010 and 8th February 2010. For candidates testing
outside India, the NMAT-2010 will be offered during a 5 day
testing window between 1st February 2010 and 5th February 2010.

The NMAT-2010 will be administered across nineteen locations within India. The locations are-
